My experience so far as a tenant has been excellent. Any problems that arise are dealt with immediately and the staff are all friendly and efficient in the phone.
I rented a room through Harsun, it went so nice and smooth. Alex is very friendly and professional, whenever I have questions about a tenancy or reported an issue she responds very quickly in a kind manner and fixes things if needed. So far I'm very happy with my house, and Harsun definitely is one of the big reasons for that.
