Once we know your requirements we can recommend the most suitable properties from those available and arrange viewings at your convenience.
Having found your next home we will need a holding deposit from you followed by references in the form of a letter from your current landlord, letter from your employer, copies of your most recent bank statements and a copy of a photo I.D (passport or driving licence).
On the day of your move-in we will have your contract, inventory, keys and payment arrangements ready for you to sign, collect and go!
